You can switch the view by clicking the camera icon in the top.

What to Expect

Drive around, place the cart on top of the spilled food. If the cart is full empty it by driving to the dumpster in the top left of your store. The faster you clean the mess the easier it gets.
Watch out to not bump into shelves or customers, this will increase the mess.
Research products to increase the revenue of the store

These are the upgrade you can do by pressing the shop icon in the top right corner:

Research products - Research new product types that yield more money when spilled,
boost - Allows you to move faster when holding spacebar,
trash storage - Clean up more items before you have to empty your cleaning machine,
safety guard - Spill less products when hitting shelves,
warn customers - Make customers stop walking when you approach them,
speed - Make your vehicle faster,
grip - Make some spills less slippery,
store decoration - Multiplies all received coins by 2
